Service

GiftMsg is an AI-powered gift sending service that helps you send flowers, handwritten cards, and digital gift cards to recipients in the United States and Canada.

Orders & Payments

When you place an order through GiftMsg, you agree to pay the total amount shown before checkout. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Delivery

Flower delivery dates are estimates provided by our florist partners. While we strive for on-time delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Handwritten cards are mailed via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Digital gift cards are delivered via email immediately after payment.

Refunds & Cancellations

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once flowers have been dispatched, cards mailed, or gift cards delivered, we cannot reverse the order. If there is an issue with your delivery (damaged flowers, wrong address, etc.), please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient addresses and contact information. GiftMsg is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information.

AI Assistant

Our AI assistant helps guide you through the ordering process. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally make mistakes. Always review your order summary before confirming payment.
